2019 SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.
- Kaylynn Bousman earned a 6th Place finish in Extemporaneous Speaking.
- Rylynn Gilmore earned 6th in Nurse Assisting.
- Charley Guardado received 17th in an all new Automobile Maintenance and Light Repair contest.
- The team of Taylor Eppert, Sierra Newton, and Kaden Boyer earned a 21st Place in Promotional Bulletin Board.
- Lanie Fish entered the First-Aid CPR competition and received 23rd Place.
- Kaleigh Hein received 24th overall in Motorcycle Service Technology.
- Alex Fickbohm placed 29th in Power Equipment Technology.
- Mason Barkley placed 34th in Carpentry.
Kaden Boyer, Dalton Scott, Sierra Newton, and Rylynn Gilmore are Iowa SkillsUSA state officer for this year.
- They attended a three day leadership training conference.
- Along with the other state officers, they will bring their message back to Iowa at the Fall Leadership Conference in September to help promote SkillsUSA to new schools and teach leadership skills to the rest of the membership.
